Maurice Hannon
Joint Managing Director
Maurice is a co-founder and Joint Managing Director of BSM. He has overall responsibility for all Process Re-engineering and Organisation Development activities. He has managed major re-engineering projects in Organon, Baxter Healthcare, Stryker, Millipore, GN Resound, Element Six, General Monitors and Littelfuse among others. Prior to establishing BSM, he was a Senior Management Consultant and General Manager of the World Class Manufacturing Service at AMT Ireland. Maurice previously worked with Wang Laboratories in a number of engineering positions.
Sean Jackson
Joint Managing Director
Sean is a co-founder and Joint Managing Director of BSM. He has overall responsibility for all Information Systems projects. He works extensively with senior management on Information Systems strategy, ERP system selection and the implementation of Electronic Batch Records. He has managed major projects in Almac Group, Roche, Element Six, Medtronic, Elan and GE Healthcare among others. Prior to establishing BSM, he was General Manager and Senior Information Systems consultant with AMT Ireland. Previously he worked with Digital Equipment Corporation.
Tom Reynolds
Operations Practice Director
Tom is Director of BSM’s Operations practice. He has almost twenty years industrial experience in operations and quality management. With BSM, Tom specialises in Electronic Batch Records, TPM/OEE, Accelerated Release, Lean Change Control and the development of Shop Floor Teams. He has managed major projects in Organon (Ireland, US, France and Holland), Baxter Healthcare (Ireland, Thetford, UK and Belgium), Pfizer, Astellas, Elan and Allergan. He has also specifically worked in the UK with Ronseal - Sheffield, Hazelwood Foods - Hull, Keypak - Wincanton and Hypoguard based in Suffolk.
Frank Crewe
European Business Development Director
Frank’s primary responsibility in BSM is new business development. With more that 25 years consulting experience, he also consults with BSM clients on ERP System Selection and Implementation projects. He has managed major projects in Evotec, GlaxoSmithKline, Abbott Labs, Aegate, Eli Lilly, Syngenta and Petroplus among others.
