BSM is conducting a major ERP Survey on Benefits Realisation. This survey is an input into the ERP Report 2010, which will be available later this year.

The purpose of this survey is to examine the delivery of business benefits by an ERP system implementation and to understand the factors which contributed to the success or failure.

Most ERP surveys focus only on the reasons for failure. In this survey we are taking a more balanced view by examining the factors which contribute to both success and failure and by identifying the extent of business benefits delivered across a range of categories.   Results from the survey will be shared with all those who take part and request to receive them.
