BSM is conducting a major ERP Survey on Benefits Realisation. The purpose of this survey is to examine the business benefits which were delivered from an ERP system implementation and to understand the factors which contributed to the success.
Most ERP surveys focus only on the reasons for failure. In this survey we are taking a more balanced view by examining the factors which contribute to both success and failure and by identifying the extent of business benefits delivered across a range of categories.
Results from the survey will be shared with all those who take part and request to receive them. The results will be consolidated so no company specific information will be disclosed.
