ERP Implementation Awareness Training

As with any significant change in an organisation, the implementation of a new ERP system can cause fears and concerns for many employees. Some of these employees will not have been involved in an ERP implementation before and will be unclear about the implications the project will have for them and their roles in the organisation. The purpose of this one day awareness training is to remove these fears and concerns and to replace them with a common understanding of the project and the benefits it will bring to the employees and the organisation as a whole.
